I work with individuals and groups using dialectical behavior therapy framework to help clients navigate intense emotions with more effective ways of being.

Through my academic studies and my experiences as a flutist and music instructor, I have come to realize that great musicianship demands various forms of intelligence intellectual, physical, emotional, and psychological, among others. My academic research, to date, has focused largely on music theory and contemporary music.

Has it really been 14 years? It feels like yesterday so often yet other days it feels like a million years ago, Life was hard at that time. Like, really, really hard.
